Jordan Allen
FOUNDER
Jordan is a Southern California native with 16 years of haunt experience. When he started, he worked at multiple Halloween events, local haunts, and the theme park industry. After moving to Central Florida, he continued scaring at Florida haunts, and started training and managing as well. Jordan is the founder of Syndicate and is hoping to continue to grow the haunt and slider community in Florida.

Aidan Reese
CO-FOUNDER

Aidan started her sliding and haunt adventure in 2019 with Dark Horizon’s in Orlando. Since then, the sliding bug was strong! When SeaWorld Orlando announced Howl-O-Scream, and showed an interest in having sliders, it was the door she needed back into the industry. Aidan has stayed strong with sliding and was promoted to Co-Captain for SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream in 2023.
As a Co-Founder for Syndicate, Aidan is excited to continue the sliding journey and help open the same doors for new sliders.
TJ lanahan
CREATIVE CONSULTANT
With over 30 years in the entertainment industry, TJ has been working with haunt-based attractions since 1994.
He brings a wide range of experience to the Syndicate specializing in live action shows, stunts, and specialty skills performance.
As production manager, TJ will be helping on and off-stage and filling a variety of shoes for Syndicate.

KIRSTEN BAZET
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
As a Louisiana native, Kirsten has performed in theatre and film since age 10, but additionally has performed in the haunt industry since 2017. She performed as a slider with Seaworld Orlando in 2023.
Kirsten is head of social media, website, and PR operations for Syndicate. She holds two bachelors (Theatre and Communications) from Tulane University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Marketing from Emerson College. At the moment, she’s a performer at Disney, Universal, and other acting bookings.

Scott is a 35+ year haunt veteran who has managed, mentored, developed, and trained scareactors and teams for large-scale events on the west and east coasts through his company, Slider Dynamix.
He has spoken on numerous seminars & panels at conventions and is one of the original creators of the scare tactic known as sliding, which is used at events worldwide today.
